Zinc aluminium wire production line

Zinc aluminium wire production line also names Galfan wire production line,it is an alloy metal coating and a new international material. It is composed of 5% aluminum-zinc alloy and a small amount of mixed rare earth elements.
Galfan steel wire has high corrosion resistance, and the corrosion resistance of its products is about 2-3 times that of ordinary pure galvanized steel wire. Whether outdoors, in humid environments, or in harsh environments such as ocean climates, the corrosion resistance of the alloy zinc-coated steel wire is superior to ordinary galvanized and electro-galvanized steel. The ductility and deformability of the zinc alloy steel wire are extremely strong, even exceeding the steel base it protects. It can withstand the test of winding and bending under the conditions of strong deformation process without worrying about the cracking and shedding of the zinc layer [1].
Galvanis is a new type of anti-corrosion material, mainly used for thermal spraying on metal surfaces. Compared with pure zinc wire and pure aluminum wire, it has the characteristics of strong adhesion, good wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and superior construction performance after spraying.
