Well type annealing furnace is a cycle-operating electric furnace, which is especially suitable for iron wire recrystallization annealing. The advantage of energy-saving electric furnace is that the lining is composed of needle punched fiber blanket preforms, and the heat absorption coefficient is small. The electric heating element is hung in the furnace, fully exposed and directly radiated. It has high thermal efficiency and can save more than 30% energy than traditional electric furnaces.
Well type annealing furnaces can be divided into two types: single furnace and twin furnace.
The output of single furnace is 2.5-3 tons before pressing and 3.5-4 tons after pressing. The output of twin furnace is twice as high as that of single furnace. However, the limitation of twin electric furnace can only anneal one wire diameter at a time.
